Having invested in properties with my wife, a real estate investor, I am fascinated by the intricacies and the impact that real estate has on wealth creation, and I love helping people have a better life. My goal is to provide a seamless, professional, and low-stress experience for my clients by finding efficient and creative ways to streamline each process. As an army brat and veteran with a management background with the federal government, I understand what is involved in a military move and will gladly help military families find a place to settle albeit temporarily. After getting into real estate investing, my husband and I began to look at different franchises that would complement real estate investment. As we began researching the one thing that kept coming to my attention was property management. I was being asked if I knew of a good reliable property manager; at the time, I did not. We started Real Property Management Regions to be that professional, reliable, and trusted property management company.
Being a real estate investor and a property manager, quality of service is our top priority, selling or buying a great property and maintaining or improving that investment for our clients is what drives us while creating a “CUSTOMER FIRST” culture. We are here for our clientele from day one, to help them grow and diversify.
Being a real estate investor, having a husband who is a REALTOR, and both managing properties we provide services that meet our clients’ needs at any level to help them obtain their goals. Helping people have a better life and creating generational wealth is important and we realize real estate is one of the most effective ways to reach those financial goals. Our strategy is to be that team that will help find a buyer their perfect dream home, ensuring sellers get the most from their investment, and making a harmonious tenant-landlord connection. To be their lifelong partner to be there when their situation changes and to help accomplish the next goal.
