Who We Are
We’re Stephen and Phyllis Guasp, husband and wife, investors, and proud owners of a Veteran-Owned, Women-Led business serving the Virginia Northern Neck, Middle Peninsula, and Caroline County.
Together, we bring over 27 years of combined military and federal service to the way we lead, communicate, and deliver results.
Stephen’s background in the U.S. Army and federal management taught him the power of mission, precision, and accountability.
Phyllis brings decades of federal experience, from her years with the Department of Defense to her ongoing work supporting Homeland Security, where precision, protection, and trust are non-negotiable. She brings that same mindset to RPM Regions, ensuring that every client, resident, and partner experiences the highest level of integrity and care.
That shared foundation is why RPM Regions blends Wall Street-level strategy with Main Street values.
We’re part of the Real Property Management network, backed by more than 35 years of national experience and 380+ offices across the country.
